Web Server Logs
Labhoo tracks the standard statistics associated with IIS log
files, including your IP address, time and date of each request made to our
servers, your browser type, etc. This information is used to help diagnose
problems with our server, to administer our site and to quantify sources of site
traffic.
Web Scrawling
To provide our service we need to visit your web sites and fetch all the pages.
This is called 'web scrawling'. We will do this as often as once a month or
when you indictate that your site needs re-indexing. It does not effect the
running of your site but it will add hits to your own log files. The information we
collate from you site is only what is publically available. We do not enter private
areas and we respect the robots.txt exclusion convention.
Organisation Data
Personal Contact information that has been provided voluntarily that is
not in the public domain is ONLY used on the Labhoo site and in labhoo
related activities. Labhoo does not sell or release this information to
third parties without your permission. 'Optimized' companies accept, agree
and give all associated permissions to Labhoo.com, to contact and notify
the 'company', via direct email mailings, for the purposes of notification
of news, events and services that are relevent to the 'Optimized' companies
activities.

A cookie is a small text file that stores basic
information on a user's client computer and streamlines the user experience
during subsequent visits to the site. While the Labhoo site does not currently
use cookies, we may employ cookies in future Web site development. We will not
sell or release this information without your permission.
